When Women Take the Wheel, They Drive More Than Cars - They Drive Change
Some journeys are memorable because of where they take us.
Others are unforgettable because of what they stand for.
Recently, I had the privilege of participating in the 16th Women's Car Rally from Gurgaon to Pushkar, organized by the Utthan Foundation - an organization committed to environmental conservation, women upliftment, animal welfare, organic cultivation, herbal planting, and sustainable living.
As we drove across highways and landscapes, I couldn't help but reflect on the deeper purpose behind the rally.
We weren't simply traveling from one city to another.
We were driving for a cause.
We were driving to Break The Bias.
The Road to Equality Is Still Under Construction
Over the years, women have made remarkable progress across industries, leadership roles, entrepreneurship, sports, science, and countless other fields.
Yet biases continue to exist.
Sometimes they are visible.
Sometimes they are subtle.
They appear in expectations, stereotypes, assumptions, and limitations that society often places on women.
Breaking these biases requires more than conversations.
It requires visibility.
It requires participation.
And most importantly, it requires women to continue showing up, taking space, and leading with confidence.
Events like the Women's Car Rally serve as a powerful reminder that every woman has the right to choose her own path and define her own destination.
Celebrating Women in Leadership
One of the most inspiring aspects of the rally was witnessing women from diverse backgrounds come together with a shared sense of purpose.
Each participant carried her own story, experiences, and aspirations.

As we made our way from Gurgaon to Pushkar, I was reminded that destinations are important, but purpose is what gives a journey meaning.
The Women's Car Rally was not just about driving.

It was about empowerment.
And it was about creating a future where every woman feels empowered to take the driver's seat in her own life.
