That other sites are not under this site’s control, and what that means for a reader who follows one.

Availability

That the site may be unavailable or change, and what is not promised about it.

Liability

The limits of responsibility for loss arising from use of the site. Your adviser will want to write this one from scratch.

Governing law

Which country’s law applies and where a dispute would be heard.
